Reservations & Rescheduling

NOTE: Advanced booking for a cake slot is highly encouraged. Amberlyns Cake have a three-day (3) lead time for slot reservations. Orders to be placed 1-2 days before the pickup date are considered rush and charged with an additional PHP 50-100 rush fee.

How to Order a Rush Cake?

• Choose from our Sugar Rush catalog for a cake design. Do not forget to complete the details, such as cake size, flavor, and filling, for a smoother transaction.
• Cake designs from our Sugar Rush catalog are available for same-day and next-day pickup; thus, the rate is inclusive of a PHP 50 rush fee for mini cakes and a PHP 100 rush fee for regular cakes.

• All products not included in our Sugar Rush cake catalog are for pre-order only.
• Choose from our Caked Delights, Themed Cakes, or Signature Cakes catalog for a cake design and proceed to choose your pickup date.
• Cake designs from our Caked Delights, Themed Cakes, and Signature Cakes catalog are for booking or reservation only due to their complicated designs.

Can I Order a Rush Cake from Your Caked Delights / Themed Cakes / Signature Cakes Collection?

• If you wish to order one of the designs from our pre-order catalog for same-day or next-day pickup, kindly message us on Facebook or Instagram for further assistance. The staff will then verify if your order can be accommodated. Please understand that this is not an assurance that you can proceed with the order.
• Inquiries on our Facebook and Instagram pages are answered on a first-come-first-served basis. Please wait patiently for our staff as it may take a while to assist you due to the volume of inquiries.
• If the staff confirms your reservation, you are expected to pay an additional PHP 50–100 for the rush fee.

I have a specific design in mind. How can I order a customized cake?

• To order customized cake designs, reach us through Facebook or Instagram for further assistance.
• Since it is a customized design, advanced booking is highly encouraged to secure a slot and avoid additional charges for rush fees. We have (3) three days lead time for slot reservations.
• We accept rush orders for customized designs only if a slot is available on that day with a minimal rush fee.

Rescheduling

• After order confirmation, any changes in pickup date and time requested by the client are subject to approval by Amberlyns Cake.
• An additional PHP 100 (per cake) should be paid by the client for rescheduling their order.
• We will also charge an additional PHP 100 storage fee per day for unpicked-up orders. The daily pickup time is until 5PM only. Any unpicked-up cakes beyond 5PM will be charged for the storage fee.
